As of this time, Artichoke Moss LLC ships through the USPS. We will ship to addresses recognized by the USPS. That said, if you are international, your country's customs procedures may affect your order's delivery. We will take all reasonable steps, but certain countries, such as Australia, have picky customs that have seized or otherwise mangled our shipments in the past. Artichoke Moss will only be able to replace or refund items with reasonable proof & we will not re-ship if there is an international issue with customs.
Shipments will be sent within two business days of ordering for orders placed before 14:00 EST; the shipping time will vary based on your location & your selected method of delivery.
